Tricep Stretch : Main Muscle(s) Affected - Triceps

Action

  • Using a golf club, or another apparatus, grip with both hands on either end of the club.
  • The arm that is being stretched (the arm above the head) is to remain in-line with the body.
  • With the other hand that is on the other end of the club, gently pull down toward the floor until the desired stretch is achieved.
Hold the stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds, no longer than 60 seconds.
