Trap Stretch : Main Muscle(s) Affected - Trapezius

Action

  • Hold the side of your head with your hand and gently guide your ear towards your shoulder until a desired stretch is obtained.
  • Note: do not allow your shoulder to raise during this stretch or you will lose the effectiveness of the stretch.
Hold the stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds, no longer than 60 seconds.
