Delt Stretch : Main Muscle(s) Affected - Deltoid

Action

  • Bring one arm, unbent, across the front of your body, keeping your open palm facing up.
  • With the other arm, pull the arm holding the stretch towards your body until desired stretch is obtained.
Hold the stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds, no longer than 60 seconds.
